The numbers make no difference in reality, but it's obvious that's going to have a psychological effect now.

Expect a recurring 6 offer theme... this could be £16,000 next if this is £10k or lower.

With respect, you knew nothing in reality and Lucky anything in a random process is meaningless.

:D

I've always said though, that if the £250,000 was revealed in your lucky number, and you didn't save it, you would feel a lot worse than the £250,000 being in a number which means nothing to you.

Just what I was thinking - he obviously was hit hard by the QM being in that particular box, and the Banker will punish him, or, as I suspect, force him to go to the end by giving him what Jay sees as low or derisory offers.

My lucky number's 23, though... :?

Mine is 250,000 as in it would be extremely lucky if I went on the show, beat all the odds and ended up with that amount.

But then it is only equally likely as me having any other of the 22 numbers and me going all the way.

That is consistant with the emotional stupidity that we humans write into things.

Jay says he was counting the £3,000 as a blue, so it's OK. The banker says it was a good round for Jay, and he made a mistake with his last offer of £6,000

What price on a 4p final offer? (and a Deal to beat Geordie's record?)

Either decision justifiable, but I think even I might have gone on there. Or talked myself into it.

Chances are he's going to hit one of those three and any two others - in which case the £10k becomes important.

Noel says that Jay was one box away from a very strong position, but he has now allowed the banker to put Jay in a very tricky situation. The banker thinks that Jay is trying to intimidate him at the moment, but he won't be...
