I've got a good feeling about this game

Is it me or do the boxes look smaller?

Not that its a bad game, but the thing is, it was shown on More4 not so long ago. I'd so like to see some games from the great period around Feb-May 2006 that I haven't seen (or can't remember) and that aren't all over YouTube!

There was never a commentary on this, so I thought I'd do one!

1 - Kai - Noel says he's the ace predictor, he thinks it's blue - £10 - Noel says he's spooky and he can't wait for his game

Noel says the £35k being removed is a mere scratch, not really damage... Noel reminds her how she still has the big numbers and that she's playing the game well...

Jennifer doesn't want the banker to find out her financial target, but she'd love Noel to know, so she writes her target in his book and he won't look at it until the end - but she says it's high.

Who cares about this game? It's not exactly hard not to know the outcome. Everybody knows she deals at £54,000 but has £250,000 in her box.

Hardly surprising, since the website and forum hadn't been set up back then!!

Did no-one bother when it was repeated on More4 during the Summer Break last year (about August I think) ?

That first offer was a bit low. It's a bit funny really how all the early games had low first offers but very high later offers, and how things have turned around and the first offers are much higher and the later offers generally not as good. If people like Jennifer and Mally played today with the current banker I don't think they'd have won nearly as much!

I never saw this game first time round so it's all new to me!!! apart from the result obviously!!

Wasn't that an extremely low offer for this day and age!!!

Noel says there's an unusual atmosphere in the studio and that he thinks Jennifer will win big.

"Good offer" says Jennifer and Noel agrees!!! Jennifer jokes that she might be tempted if the gameboard if it wasn't so strong!

15 - Oohs from everyone, Noel says it's not the end of the world

Jennifer says she's burning the blue numbers into her head so she gets attracted to certain boxes!!!

Noel talks about how people concentrate on things and they get what they want.

After a long pause...

22 - £5 - "You beauty! You beauty!" says Jennifer.

Banker offers £14,500 - which generates lots of gasps!

Noel says she's undoubtedly the first person who has unsettled the banker to this degree.

Noel mentions cosmic ordering and says the game we want is one where the £250k is left to the end along with another figure.

Noel says it's dangerous but fun and that if we avoid the big numbers, this could be the most sensational game this season.

Noel says she can't take out the 2 big ones.

18 - 50p - she won't be our first ever 50p winner then!

awwwww I love all the excitement there is at that board as it was obviously a new experience... even Noel is being bearable!!

Jennifer asks Noel not to upset the banker.

Noel says we haven't been here before... then he calls a break.

The banker offers £33,000.

Jennifer says she's nowhere near her target.

"We've never ever had £33,000 turned down, or anywhere near it" says Noel!

16 - £75,000 - "Ooooohhhhh" Jennifer says she can let that go

Noel actually says there may be some people who are saying Jennifer will live to regret her decision to no deal!

12 - Noel gets Eddie to say - "It musn't be one of the two big ones" - £10,000

4 - £5,000 - everyone cheers.

There's some great camera angles in this game to really build tension.. I don't notice them in the present games...

Noel says for the banker to end his agony, he's offering £52,000.

"You have a 40% chance of winning £100,000 or more" says Noel.

Noel warns her how the offer could go up to as much as £150,000 or how she could end up winning £250.

"At £52,000, do you wish to deal or no deal?" says Noel.

She NO DEALS and everyone gasps and screams.

7 - £100,000 - they all cheer madly - I think nowadays if that went on such a board, there wouldn't be cheers - a blue vs £250k board would probably result in a low offer today!

She's left with a £750 vs £250k board.

And Noel simply says "£120,000" - to which there are claps and cheers from the audience.

She deals at £120,000 - Noel says "Thank God you did that" and Jennifer says "I'm not an idiot".

Jennifer opens her own box, box 9 and reveals £750!

Noel keeps saying how it was the dream game and that she kept her nerve!

"A dream, a dream", etc...

£500, £1,000 and £5,000 on offer for the LTL - the viewer wins £500!

Noel looks in his book and reveals £50,000 as Jennifer's target!
