Noel calls down Adrian's partner for the proveout, and then says it's rare for a happy outcome from a third round deal

Well, Well, Well that is totally amazing says Noel, you are one of the few to deal at the third offer and beat the banker. Even with the great win over the banker Noel seems a little upset over the early deal!!!
