Lucy has box 10 today, She moves the chair and gets comfy as she says she is going to be there a long time!! :P Noel runs off stage and gets a chair for himself and sits next to Lucy, we learn that Lucy is training to be a driving instructor, so expect lots of women driving jokes today!!!

Lucy loves Vegas and is not afraid of gambling

I think it was always planned, it's certainly listed as being on at 5pm in the listings, although I have to admit I never really checked today's DOND time that far in advance as I assumed it'd be on at 4:15 today...
