I seem to recall he said he liked both the numbers that were left or did I dream that

but we'll never know whether he would've swapped so it's irrelevant...

I'm just so happy for him winning £70,000 :-D

WHAT A GAME.

Had two people not both spoiled the fact there was going to be a £70k winner in a NON-SPOILER thread a few days ago, it'd be even more incredible...I suspected David might be the one as his board got better and better. But so much stuff about that show was absolute gold...the 1p prize, the fact that Culshaw was kept to a minimum so didn't get too irritating, and the real guts of David to pick Nalini even after she said she thinks the £250k may be in her box...when it wasn't, the crowd went WILD!

So glad I've got that taped for future viewing. And I admit it, had £250k been in his box, I'd have never taken the show seriously again...so I was so happy when it was £10k! Well done to David Jones, and Alan Cummin!

A fantastic game, all in all.

Loved the 1p giveaway, thought Culshaw was very funny (especially the Bush impressions) and the game itself was outstanding. I really wanted him to go all the way, but fair play for dealing at the right time.

What a show! I could see that episode getting a few people back watching the show regularly, and a few new viewers as well.
