Noel opens box 19 to reveal £50

Box 15 has the £750

Barbara beats the banker but he did get her to deal cheaply......

Aww, what a great game! She definitely went too soon, but I think the proveout offers were a bit high - the fourth offer would probably have stuck at £13k after she'd dealt, and then maybe gone up to £20k after the fifth round. I doubt very much that he'd ever have offered £27.5k, and Barbara seemed very happy with her £13k anyway. :D

Ooooooh, that wasn't as bad a deal as the proveout offers (and Noel, who always makes the most of anyone lacking 'courage') implied. I would have done the same because taking out either of the top two would have seen the offer fall, and I wouldn't have wanted to be trapped into a one-box game, so I'd have pre-empted that by getting out at £13k.

I thought she played the perfect game, and the banker was taking the proverbials with the proveout offers. Sarah was offered 20k at the deal of 8, with a similar board, but she still had both the top two!

And at the deal of 5, the loss of the 15k and 5k should have been significant (let's face it, they would have prevented disaster had they remained), the board shouldn't have been worth much more than 1p Trevor's or Debbie's. 20k would have been generous in my book!

Anyway, great game Barbara, and congrats on the 13k! :)
