Joseph again starts to work out the averages and Joseph says he doesn't think it would have been much different.

Joseph is right...

Banker would have offered £23,000

Joseph says he is delighted with the £13,000 and there are much more important things in life, he says he would have dealt the £23,000

Noel opens box 10 to reveal £5,000 :D

Box 16 contains the £50,000

DISCLAIMER: Yes, I know I complained about Helen getting stupidly high offers, and should therefore probably be complaining about Joseph's offers as well. But...I don't care.

That was great! I *beep* love Joseph, and I'm so glad he got an amount which obviously meant a lot to him and his wife. Meh, who cares that he could have had a bit more...he had a very good outlook on that. That was a million times better than yesterday's game, despite the win being a lot smaller.

Yeah great show and one of DOND's real characters, I was just hoping he went away with a meaningful amount after all that time and he wasn't disappointed with £13,000. (Though I liked Nev as well, even though Daniel clearly didn't really take to him!)

Remarkable consistency of offers - £12k, £10,238, £11,500, £13,000 twice before the final proveout of £23,000. The Banker clearly respected him, there can't be many who have been offered five figures at every stage!

Sorry, don't get me wrong - I've nothing against Nev at all, I just really wasn't bothered about what happened in his game, which I realised even more when I got so worked up about Joseph's. But perhaps that's a good thing, actually - having a few dull games makes me appreciate the good ones even more!

That was fabulous, well done Joseph, I would have dealt at exactly the same time, shame he didn't find the £50k a bit sooner in the proveout though! He still technically beat the banker though, as he dealt for more than what was in his box and more than half of the highest offer. I rather enjoyed the "hypothetical stick" as well!

I'd like to think he'd be a future Hall Of Fame contestant , having left through illness then returned. What a character! :)
