How true this proved to be. The Banker could've offered as much as £13,000 at 7 box had Craig used the button there (he probably would've given how unsure he was at 8 box) given all the momentum was on Craig's side with 4 lowest amounts going consecutively, and the Banker may very well have offered £10,000 at 8 box to stop him from using the button.

Still, Craig certainly made a prudent Deal without hindsight, as the offer was roughly half the average on a one box game in terms of big money, and the Banker was unlikely to make another generous offer had the 1p stayed in play any longer. Unfortunately, the prove-out went against him, buy I'd certainly take this over the depressing trainwrecks and ridiculously cautious Deals that dominated the show this time 2 years ago.

didn't see much of this game but I liked Craig and don't think he made bad decisions with the deal or box 23, but the game cut him anyway Never mind...
