David is a HR and pensions officer from Liverpool. He has his girlfriend in the audience and they talk about how he had a football injury and was on crutches when they first met. We get to see a photo of David's mum and dad. He says his mum didn't want to appear on TV so Noel gets a close-up of the photo!
