Julia wants to answer the phone, so Noel hangs up, and asks the Banker to call again. He does so, and says something Julia doesn't want to repeat!

The Banker says the board is 4 vs 4, so you can't even guess as to what will happen next.

Julia's brother says it's a good offer, and it's an even board. Her sister thinks it's worth another round. Steve says it's 50-50. Her brother tells her to be positive, and her sister tells her to play her own game. Sue tells her to go with her gut; her gut says she should go another round. Julia begins to get emotional about wanting to do something for her parents.
