And you now have a very different game, says Noel.

Banker's offer:

£8,250

Katy says that's a fantastic offer, and she didn't think she'd get offered that after the start she had. Her husband says that round has won it for them, and seems to be leaning towards advising a deal. Holly says Katy said beforehand that you should always think about what an offer can do for you. Jamie says going on would be pushing it. Noel does a sweep, and we get a handful of 'taxi times'.

Noel starts asking the question, but the Banker interrupts him! He advises a deal, as the turn of luck can't possibly stick. He says, if Katy goes on and has the 1 in 56 perfect round, the offer would be £21,000! Katy says it would be a different game if she does the opposite. Jess says the board could go either way. Katy says she's not a greedy person.

Katy says:

DEAL

Noel calls a break...

We're back...

Round 5 - proveout

Noel thinks Katy's son played a huge part in her dealing.

Box 8 with Jodie - £100 :?

Noel reminds us that Katy's husband didn't think she'd have an all-blue round.

Box 5 with Nath - £10

Please, do not find 50p, says Noel.

Box 1 with Olivia - £50,000 :D

Banker time..

If that last box was 50p, I'd be going mental!

Ooh, just in time, says Noel. The Banker says this is tricky.

Banker's offer would've been:

£9,000

Box 14 with Sidi contains the £3,000.

What a game, says Noel, we were so close to a Spanking. Katy never thought she'd get offered that much after the start she had, and she'll do a lot for her and her family. :D :smt023

£21,000 was just a blatant lie! The average would've been £22,600 (93%) if she hit all the blues.

If the Banker said it, and it happened, he would have rewarded her for being brave. (He was just tempting her on, knowing the odds of NOT achieving it)

Great, another cautious Deal.   These players couldn't care less about the amounts on the board and are playing "Deal at 11 box or No Deal and DEFINITELY Deal at 8 box." Seriously, these ridiculously cautious wingers need to be deported to another gameshow already before they cause a permanent end to this show.

After the £20k had been found in the 6th box, it was looking bad but the run of 8 low amounts brought Katie to a decent offer. She would have needed a lucky round to get a lot more at 5-box and although she missed out on a tiny bit (and I think an increase at 5-box was a little inflated), a decent result.

Does anyone remember when the last £400,000+ opening round was?

Couldn't remember... but in a way, I probably should have, as I'd seen the game as a pilgrim!

It was Mike, 23 March 2013 (£50/£250k/£100k/£100/£50k)

The worst opening round I've seen live was Danielle (Mar '11) with £100k/£250k/£5/£3k/£75k - £750 wasn't a bad offer in the circumstances!

Seen 5 opening rounds live where £400k+ has disappeared from the board...

Also saw the worst opening round of the "live shows"... :x

ENOUGH STATS, ALREADY! :)
