Round 4

Noel says the strength of the game lies in what hasn't been found.

Box 20 with James - £10

Can you keep it going, says Noel.

Box 15 with Katy - £50

Smile money will be there at 8-box, says Noel.

Box 16 with newbie Holly - £3,000

Banker time...

Should be his highest offer now. I'd expect at least £15k.

Oh for goodness sake, I knew THAT was going to happen when Noel kept wittering on!

In terms of impact on the game, that was an all-blue round, says Noel. The Banker has a number of problems, which have influenced the offer.

Noel calls a break before the offer is revealed...

Excellent offer :D Did somehow think it would be that.

Looking at the time... I'd expect a deal.

There are only 2 above the offer. £20,000 is my tipping point on that board.

FORGET THE £50k!

Whoa, says Shola! His girlfriend is stunned too, and doesn't know if she can go through another round! Noel brings up how they want to get married; his girlfriend says it might be nice to get engaged first! Shola doesn't know how long it would take to save that. He says something is pushing him to go on; Noel says he has 'Dealitis', and many get it.

The Banker calls, and says the next offer will be £150 if Shola has the worst possible round, but it would be £50,000 if he has the best possible round! Shola's girlfriend says £50,000 isn't guaranteed, so it shouldn't influence him.

Shola says:

DEAL

Round 5 - proveout

The Banker calls, and says he had a feeling Shola would win the £250,000!

Box 2 with Sidi - £75,000 :)

Box 13 with Beth - £250,000 :D :-D

The worst we can have is a draw, says Noel.

Box 17 with Ryan - £250

Banker time...

The Banker points out that Shola nearly picked Beth's box earlier in the game!

Banker's offer would've been:

£1,000

Noel says we had a draw recently, but there haven't been many over the years.

Banker's offer would've been:

£6,000

Box 3 with Liam contains the £20,000.

Shola hints that he may propose to his girlfriend soon! Noel is so pleased for the two of them. Shola is happy. :D :smt023

Second day running that a sensible 8-box decision gets good luck to go with it. Things are looking up.

The only offer that wasn't arguably fair was the £7,500 one, but that round was devastating with most of the fall-backs being eliminated. Other than that, really nice offers today and an excellent decision from Shola! :smt023
