We're back...

Round 5

Noel says many players find it hard to deal their lowest offer, as Muriel did.

Box 16 with newbie Mike - 1p

Honestly, says Noel, that is so Deal or No Deal! The cat is now two blues away from the bin!

Box 6 with George - £250

One blue away now!

Box 19 with Wanda - £5  :(

Banker time...

Box 13 with Pepe contains the £1.

Muriel has enjoyed every minute of it. :D

Sorry Noel, but wonderful is not the word I'd use to describe today's game.

He seems to complain about everything. I wouldn't be surprised to see a complaint that someone breathed only two seconds in!

The cat puns were just too much. I could handle maybe one or two but not the amount that were said in today's show. I think I heard at least 20 of them.
I can probably see the replay tomorrow showing the cat going in the bin.

To those who haven't seen the show, the lack of context supporting this post provides us with an alarming statement.

Methinks you need to take a break from watching TV. Or at least Deal or No Deal. You'll keep sane this way. :P :)

I'm sorry, but this has to be up there with my favourite posts of all time.
Literally could not contain myself, and I never, ever say that.

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

Well, that destroys the first Friday of March's reputation for only having OPWs. But still, at least it was a profit on the box, so it's not all lost :)

Last year Jess played on the first Friday of March, she had a £26k OPW (Which pretty much only won the March 2012 SoTM because of all the whingers moaning about Niko's game  )

2011, Franca had a £30k OPW on the first Friday of March

2010, Elvis Brian had a £15k OPW

2009, Johnny had a £20k OPW

2008, Dirty George had a £15k OPW

2007, Adrian had a £22k OPW after dealing at 11-box! ;-)

2006, Norma had a £26k OPW which was a breath of fresh air after Trevor and Mike's crash and burn in the 2 games before

:-D :) ;-) ;)

My namesake has emphatically taken over from me as the trivia king - there's no way I would have remembered that fact even when I was a die-hard fan of the show. :)
