Noel talks about Maggie's game, and how her being pregnant produced an amusing offer from the Banker, which we see a replay of!

Dave has Box 17 today.

Dave Goodings, from Surbiton, a mobile DJ and volunteer at a hospital radio station. He has a bear, which is the mascot of the radio station. He has a photo of his 'team', and his parents and sister are in the audience for support; Dave reveals his mother has a crush on Noel!

Oh great, box picked and Noel starts banter about looking for love and the Banker rings for no reason. 6 minutes in and they are already messing!

This echoes yesterday, says Noel. Cue the inevitable laughter from the Banker, the boos from the pilgrims, and the rejection of a cheesy nibble from Noel. The Banker is also pleased about what he'll be doing with Lyanne afterwards! He also says Dave is one of the youngest players of all time; he says Dave is very committed to his hospital work.

Abbi asks Dave if it hurt. The Banker calls, and gets Abbi to explain to him; she says Dave was meant to make a reply, and she'd give him a compliment! The Banker says his date with Lyanne is off!

Noel says Dave has a system that works! The Banker had a feeling he would be vindictive today, but not now, as he is taking Abbi to Nando's later!

Dave's system is still working! Dave manages a jibe at Noel's fashion sense!

That's the first glitch in the system, says Noel. The Banker says it's tough when all the really significant money is in the single box. He's had a look at Dave's application form; he reads out an excerpt when Dave claims the show requires no intelligence!
