Oh wow, so now poor Myles has to do the Dance of Idiocy.
Another day, another failed attempt.

The no-deal at 5-box would have been either extremely brave or rather reckless - I suspect a combination of both.

In that respect I commend Myyles for knowing - proverbially "when to stop".

Yeah, the decision was proven wrong but it wasn't the wrong decision.

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

He dealt a lower offer for a dance off?! If I wanted to see that, I'd watch Strictly Come Dancing! :smt011

This.

Arguably...if it were me, and I wanted the dance-off, I would have had it regardless. Honestly, where is the maverick streak in these players thesedays? :smt009

That hurts, says Myyles.

Box 12 with Giuseppe contains the £20,000.

Myyles says £9,000 is a lot of money, and he's giving it all to his father! :D :-D

The Banker calls, and says it's time for the dance-off! Myyles and David both do some dancing! Myyles wins!

I probably would've played on where Myyles dealt. One of my goals is to get a five-figure sum, whenever possible. Yeah, I'll likely take some heat for thinking like that, but it's part of my strategy. I'll sometimes chase a target, but if that's not going well, then I'll accept what I judge to be a good exit fee.

I really think he should be given back the £500 he got cheated out of.

Personally I'd have said £9k was a decent exit fee for that board - the average was only just over £14k, the 1p was still there and even on a blue/£50k finish you'd be lucky to get more than twice that. Certainly a better deal than the one Lynda took yesterday, and so frustrating to hit the perfect round in proveout :( .

Still, at least Myyles managed to turn the studio atmosphere around by talking about his family and having that dance-off, complete with Noel looking silly again. So at least some good memories there.

Thought the quick pace of the game might mean some extra gameplay or a really tough decision. Instead we get a really good 5-box offer that was sensible to take, a horrible proveout and some randomness.

One more brave no deal then with a guaranteed £20,000 he probably would have maybe gone for it.

Probably maybe? Not hedging your bets are you Mark? :-D

That was a bit of a cruel proveout, it did look like Myyles was headed for a trainwreck and I don't blame him for taking the 5 box offer. Unlucky to have the perfect round in proveout, more unlucky to bring one of the Power 5 to the table and then leave it exposed with almost no back up
