"He's goading you to go on," says Noel, who knows all about doing that from season 2.

ROUND 4
Box 12 (David) - £3,000
Safe red.

Box 5 (Ahmed) - £750
The highest blue remaining is the tenner. It'll be one active squashdown.

Box 11 (Myyles) - £15,000

Banker time...

Now that's uncomfortable.

Noel wonders whether Lynda will be forced on.

The Banker says it's the worst £250k board he's ever seen. He's lying.

Banker's offer:

£5,000

Not sure about £5,000. Risky board, so wouldn't be a terrible deal.

If she has an all-red round next, would that be the worst ever 5-box? :ponder:

Lynda talks about being grateful for the money in the current economic climate. Noel says how frightening it is to play on this configuration.

£5,000 is the same offer Kirsti got on another £250k-high 8-box even worse than this one.

David gives sensible advice, Myyles gives cautionary advice. Giuseppe asks how Lynne feels about playing on. Lynne emphasises that she values money. "You lose or you win! Good luck!"

"Nobody is going to envy you this position," says Noel, who buys the Banker's lie about the board being the worst £250k-high board ever. The Banker rings up, but not to correct himself, merely to emphasise the conversation she had with her husband Ray. He correctly identified that "remember what we said" = "don't go home with a blue".

Keeping the £250k would lead to an offer above £10k. Losing it would mean a forcing offer, £250 at best.

DEAL.

Let's hope this won't turn out to be the biggest Banker victory of all time.

Questionable, perhaps. But it's a risky board, so I can understand why she dealt. Hopefully not the biggest Banker victory of all time.

Noel is desperate for this to work, and says he appreciates people who talk about the value of money. Then talks about the possibility of Katie Chipchase's record going as he throws to the break...

Well, if she has the Jackpot in her box, she'll have been very unlucky to have it in her box on such an unsafe board.

If she has £250k in her box, this forum, Digital Spy, Facebook and Twitter are going to go MENTAL!

This could either work out very well, or could go completely the other way, resulting in Lynda becoming one of the dumbest contestants in Deal history. We'll see what develops.

As the 1p went...offer should be £20,000 or very close to that.

We're back. Noel talks about how Lynda is smiling. "At the moment. Maybe you've done exactly the right thing." Cue Katie Chipchase reference. "I want that to have been the right decision," Noel says. Why do I not believe him?

ROUND 5 - proveout round 1

Box 10? (Pete) - 1p
Myyles is more upset than Lynda is!

Box 19 (Trish) - 10p
That's just ridiculous. "Unmitigated disaster" is the WakeyNoel line.

Box 18 (Hannah) - £1,000
Wrong red.
