Lorraine's game today.

Noel says he has to warn everyone that it can be stressful standing on the wings and then playing your game. He talks about Ryan's game and how it can be stressful being a pilgrim!

Lorraine has box 20.

Noel says Lorraine's name is Lorraine Kelly! She says she always gets asked whether she's the real Lorraine Kelly. Noel asks if she ever uses it to her advantage and she says she's tried but it doesn't work. :P She says she works for an IT company but doesn't know about computers! We get to see an old photo of Lorraine with her husband, who's in the audience today.

Here we go...

Round 1

4 - Leo - 10p

Gaz next and Noel talks to him about birds, as he's a twitcher. The banker rings up and says this is such a boring start, and he'll walk out if things don't get more interesting! Noel talks about birds again, so the banker rings back and has a moan.

12 - Gaz - £1

6 - Jean - £50,000

Noel warns newbie Steve about Jean's wandering hands!

1 - Steve - £100

17 - Myyles - £35,000

Banker time

Lorraine says that's a good offer and she talks about how her husband had some bad health recently, and she wants to take them on holiday. Noel looks at her list of dreams and says £6,500 wouldn't cover them all. He tells her to play the board and not her dreams.

Lorraine says

NO DEAL

You always expect to hit one of the Power 5 in the opening round - the lowest two of them with three low-skewing blues is still an adequate opening round.

I'm getting a bit bored with the music playing when the 1p is found now.

Interesting tweet from the banker 9 minutes ago...

"This game of #dealornodeal, currently on C4, should not be watched under any circumstances. "

Potential big winner?

I'm amazed they didn't call the break at 14-box rather than 13-box. Even if they had to do a reshoot at the end to throw to the break at 14-box. It'd have kept the £250k in play the other side of the adbreak, which would presumably increase advertising revenue, and been typical of recent shows...

#46 in the 1p Club?
#9 in the Nothing Club?

Or maybe even £100,000

We all know how unpredictable the Banker is with these 'hints'. It may have been a reference to the 'boring' banter with Gaz early on.
