Noel says that was a very difficult decision. He says Joyce set her stall out when she said she was after the £250,000.

Noel calls a break...

Let's hope another one blue remaining at 8 box, but probably won't happen again.

1 box opened in that entire part?!

For goodness sake though Joyce, don't focus too hard on the £250k!

If she has a good round, I imagine the next offer will be in the £20,000 - £35,000 range.

£26,000 I'd expect.

I would go out on a limb and say £32,000. We'll see what develops.

We're back...

Round 4

Noel says Joyce is playing with determination, and has the Banker's attention.

Box 15 with Steph - £15,000

Noel says Joyce might be alright with that.

Box 18 with Steve - £1,000

Noel is not sure what will happen if Joyce doesn't hit the 1p.

Box 17 with Mike - 1p :D

Banker time...

1p makes the offer go up so most likely the Banker's favourite... £26,000

That was a good round. Maybe Mark's prediction of a £26,000 offer isn't too far off.

Based on previous generosity £26k is very plausible.

Noel says this is getting very entertaining. Noel cannot hear what the Banker is saying (mocking Lynda's advice from the previous offer! ) The Banker eventually has to shout down the phone, but Noel still can't hear him! The Banker calls back on his mobile, and says the 1p makes all the difference.

Banker's offer:

£22,000

Bit on the low side there.

Joyce says that's a wonderful offer. Joyce's friend tells her not to be blinded, and be careful.

Joyce says:

DEAL

Didn't take too much thinking time for her... hopefully now the £250,000 goes.

Hmm, so she dealt. I'd have probably offered £27,000 there. Let's hope that the deal is validated as an OPW in the proveout rounds.

Round 5 - proveout

Box 14 with Lynda - £50,000

That's an encouraging start, says Noel. He wants her to take the top three.

Box 16 with Ryan - £750

One more shot, says Noel.

Box 21 with Kate - £35,000

Banker time...

Two of the power five gone... same offer again I reckon... or this time, the £26,000.

The £16k was probably a better offer than the £22k in many ways, but obviously there's more pressure to turn down a sub-£20k third offer than a £22k fourth offer.

You were one shy of the perfect round, says Noel. The Banker says it's very important that he is honest, and he'd have to take into account that Joyce said she was after the Jackpot.

Banker's offer would've been:

£30,000

Not the round we were hoping for. We can, at best, hope for a TPW at this point.
