Some things never change.

And there it goes in the 6th box. At least Noel can shut up about it now.

Yeh, but I do wander why you would say it when it is not true.

You're boring.

Should be alright here as long as he takes out another blue (which I can't see him doing), still a great board even with the six figure amounts gone.

You know how to fix a bit of damage, says Noel. The Banker picks up on how Lloyd mentioned he had a solid block. He says that makes players confident, and it is often hard for him to value the box.

Banker's offer:

£13,000

The Banker is right, that is a very good offer! £3,000 above the median, 68% of the mean.

Decent offer. Board is stable but likely to hit 1 blue and 2 reds here so depends which 2 reds there are.

Wouldn't criticise either decision here.

Noel wonders if the Banker will always bring out £13,000 on a board like that after Lisa's game on Christmas Day, where her strong board crashed after she turned down £13,000. Steph offers Lloyd some advice.

Lloyd says:

NO DEAL

Would be so so so great if he kept that block intact at 8-box

Round 4

Noel says it would be too spooky if Lloyd hits the £75,000 in the first box here.

Box 3 with Myyles - £5

Noel talks up the possibility of an all-red 8-box, which he says hasn't been done very often.

Box 11 with Waraporn - £15,000

Lloyd picks the Death box, but Noel points out that the traditions of DoND have been quite active lately.

Noel calls a break...

Noel gives a trailer for Joan Collins' celebrity game, which is this evening at 6:30.

If that was me I'd tell Noel to shut the hell up about the Death Box rubbish!

Seriously, a break to think about A BOX?!

Noel completely overplaying box 22 as an excuse for a break...

We're back...

Final box before the Banker...

Noel says the Death box has been living up to it's reputation lately.

Box 22 with Lorraine - £50

Banker time...

I'd probably want close to £20k here.

YES! The first game of the year and there's just ONE blue remaining... let's hope he's a good board reader.

That's something, says Noel. The Banker says he doesn't like 2013! He really thought Lloyd had made a mistake going on at £13,000, as the board was deceptively strong.

Banker's offer:

£19,000

Interesting offer - you'd need a very good round for the next offer to be much more...

I'd class this as a 4/4 board (classing the reds under £10k as disposable).

Again, neither decision is wrong here but I think I'd deal here (just)
