It's Thursday. It's 4pm. That can only mean one thing. Yes! It's time for DEAL OR NO DEAL.

I'm sat eagerly awaiting whether it's a theme week or not. Not been watching recently. There's some christmas lights up but it all seems quite normal. And some christmas jingles at the end of the intro.

Noel wishes us happy christmas and tells the pilgrims to shut up.

We are now being treated to an old woman doing the macerena.

Rich's name comes up. Only 2 or 3 names even flashed. Are they not even pretending this is random anymore?

Rich is from the POLICE. Some pilgrims are now shifting uncomfortably in their seats.

Rich's plan is to go to lots of people's houses and have tea. Being a police officer this gives some good cover for scoping out some robberies I reckon.

Picture of baby. Boring.

Wife in the audience.

And that's it. Very quick intro.

Box 18.

Round One

Rich starts by threatening children.

5 - Kristy - £35,000

10 - Leo - £750

No messing around here. On we go.

16 - Kate - £75,000

Are we back to 45 minute shows?

11 - Bert - £250

Bert takes a while opening the box due to his sex life sapping all his energy.

1 - Mark - £5

And it's only 7 minutes past.

The banker comes out with an awful joke which I shall not repeat here. Eventually he gets around to doing his job and offers...

Banker's offer:

£4,999

Let us continue.

Round Two

8 - NEWBIE Abi - 50p

Number 2 is being left to the end for some reason or other.

7 - Rear of the year Ria - £1

22 - Chris - £10,000

Starting to look like a strong board this.

I don't like the predictions for they are wrong more often than not.

The Banker says Rich reminds him of Neville Longbottom. Can't say I see it myself.

Banker's offer:

£9,999

The wife whose name I don't remember says Rich isn't allowed a new bike. Rich says they cost £3,000-£5,000. I'm pretty sure they're on about cycling here and not motorbikes.

New offer.

Banker's offer:

£5,999 + BIKE

The timing of the first break states there is... and also the timing of this break... 20 minutes past instead of 22-25 minutes past.

Round Three

There's a bit more talking going on now. Maybe that's why we had such a quick intro.

21 - Joyce - £10

Thank god that wasn't the penny.

14 - Steve - £5,000

2nd break at 20 past.

Noel talks.

Rich chooses a box.

15 - Billy - £3,000
