Betty's game today.

Noel says we want to forget Mick's game, and how he couldn't come back from such a bad start.

I can sense this game is going to be boring but let's hope not...

Betty has Box 16 today.

Betty Stock is from Grays in Essex, and is a retired barmaid. She has a model box with her, made by her granddaughter, which has no number on it. Betty writes down a secret number, which she is saving to the end. She has a photo of her family, and her daughter is in the audience for support. Aside from the secret number, she is also keeping Boxes 15 and 19. Noel accidentally lets slip that 9 is the secret number; The Banker calls, and says, if Noel doesn't behave himself, he will be thrown out!

Just when we make progress, we get a setback, says Noel.

Betty picks Box 13, but changes her mind, which gets such a reaction, she changes it back again! Pat gets confused over which box she has!

The Banker asks what is wrong with Pat, and Noel says he doesn't know! The Banker talks about how Pat and Kirsti have been complaining about the hotel facilities!

Noel talks about how Betty wants to go on a world cruise, and how it would cost £9,000. Betty says it would be about £30,000 if she wanted a window on her cruise! Betty goes to Mev, or 'Nerv' as she accidentally calls him, and Tommy for advice, and both advise another round.
