Margaret's game today.

Noel says 'poor old Stan' had a difficult situation, as he played after a run of cautious deals that paid off. Unfortunately, his deal at £5,000 proved to be the wrong one, as he had £100,000 in his box.

Margaret has Box 16 today.

Margaret Coles is from Highworth in Wiltshire, and is a retired factory worker. Her husband Cyril is in the audience for support; she talks about how they met. She has a photo of her family, and another of her great-grandson. She also has some miniature silver gnomes, which she likens to Noel and the Banker!

Here we go...

4 reds and 4 blues. The 1p gone but 2 of Margaret's power 5.

About as balanced a board as you will see.

Margaret talks about what she would do with her winnings. She says £9,500 is a lot of money for her. Margaret's husband says he'll let Margaret make her decisions, as she knows what she's doing.

Margaret says:

NO DEAL

Round 3

Zara next, and Noel talks to her about her Merseyside accent!

Box 11 with Zara - £100,000

That £250,000 is looking very exposed, says Noel.

Box 14 with Haley - 10p :D

Noel calls a break...

That makes up for the £100,000, says Noel. The Banker says that was an extraordinary round, and the £250,000 is now exposed.

Banker's offer:

£10,000

Good offer considering she took out the £100k. I think the 50p & 10p saved her from the offer going down. Didn't expect it to go up either.

That's not a bad offer. Could this be another cautious deal coming up?

I wouldn't deal here though.

Margaret goes to Carl and a slightly hoarse Simon for advice. Steve gives some advice as well. Robbie talks about how Margaret set fire to the toaster at the hotel that morning, so she should have a red in her box! The Banker calls, and mocks him! He also says many people have thought they had blues due to various premonitions, but we've never had someone think there's a red on the table due to an exploding toaster!

The Banker calls again, and says Margaret has a blue in her box, as he had a strawberry yoghurt this morning, and it has a blueberry in it!

Margaret says:

NO DEAL

Damn... after a brave no deal... the two remaining power five goes. Looks like she is going to be forced to go until at least 5 box / 2 box.
