I hate the Banker's useless advice.

Just taking a little longer than needed as most players with a board like that would give their luck at least one more try and be quicker...

Has that stopped you in your tracks, says Noel? Emma talks about what the money would mean to her and her boyfriend. Emma says she could easily go on, but then she remembers how much money it is. The wingers offer some advice. Craig says Emma's board is more vulnerable than Sara's, but there's no reason why she shouldn't have the £250,000 in her box as well.

The Banker calls, and says, yesterday, Sara took a similar 8-box risk, but only got an extra £3,500; he says it might not be worth Emma taking a risk if the payoff will be that low.

Emma asks for more time to consider the offer, so Noel calls a break...

Deb & Jan pop up with a trailer for Gold Medal Deal, which begins Monday,

Heh, generally been a bit busy, and interest in the format waning a bit. It's a lot more interesting when you can watch multiple episodes in a row and get to know the players.

I did enjoy the live format. I'd like to see that back.

Just let the players consider the offer as they want to and stop being so critical of people who play the game different from how you want them to.

If the decision is this difficult to make, then you have to Deal.

£22,000 is a lot of money and if she deals, and the proveout goes wrong, I want NO-ONE lamenting the decision !!

There wouldn't be any game if they played it like you, Mark, it'd just be a 60-minute lottery draw, and people complain at the lottery draws taking a tenth of that.

I'd be playing on as unflinchingly as you in this situation, but only in this situation. A higher offer would be another matter.

This sort of pissing about by the banker doesn't do anything to help my enjoyment of the show either! Get on with it!

We're back...

Noel says no-one has spoken to Emma over the break, except herself.

The Banker calls just as Noel asks the question, and tells Emma not to risk it.

Emma says:

DEAL

I feel that's at least one round too soon... another player who clearly couldn't see there was another round in it.

Hopefully the £250,000 will be found in this round.

Round 5 - proveout round

Emma says she really wanted to go on, but she couldn't risk it.

Box 4 with Gary - £50

Box 10 with Ricky - £10

Two components of the perfect round, says Noel.

Box 14 with newbie Margy-Rose - £20,000

Banker time...

Not enough!

Hopefully with ONE blue and FOUR reds at five box she would have continued in live play, but knowing her... she probably wouldn't have done.

Only she has herself to blame for not getting more money at five box.

That's not enough, says Noel. He says Emma's board is better than Sara's, as she has three of the Power 5.

Banker's offer would've been:

£30,000

Doubt it. Not if she has £3k & £75k anyway.
OK, that won't happen at all now.
