Banker's offer would've been:

£168,000

Just to point out, I always go to the end with Box 7 on the table.

The Banker says games like this are why he has only paid out just over £30,000,000!

Noel reveals £250,000 in Pauline's Box 7! :(

Fourteen months ago to the day - a Friday 13th as well - I was in Manchester Piccadilly reading the commentary on Suzanne's game.

I'm heading back to Manchester Piccadilly again in three days from now for the first time since last June...

You have to say that's a thoroughly deserved OBW.

HO HUM...   If only she had believed in Archie's box A LOT more........... then more than likely she would have said NO deal 6 times and won the £250,000.............

I'm sure when Archie found out... he was crying a LOT..... and was very unhappy with her.

Only she has herself to blame for NOT just being brave for ONE more round. Then the 5th £250,000 would have been created most likely...

SHOULD have more A LOT more brave.

A cautious deal, but it backfires in the worst way. Watch Noel go on a rant on the next game and try to force the player to go to the end regardless of the board.

Why couldn't Mariyam have played that game. :(

Why did I do it, says Pauline.

Box 5 with Tony contains the £100,000.

If you'd gone with your feeling, you'd now be No. 5, says Noel. Pauline says she's gutted she didn't go with her heart. :( Noel says Pauline still has £31,000! :D

That is one of the WORST 5-box deals with £35k, £100k and £250k sitting there! I'd have wanted AT LEAST £40,000!

Maybe that was the reason why, Mariyam's game must've been on Pauline's mind.

Mariyam was a money chaser and not a sensible player so she got what she deserved.

The banker reads the player and gives an offer for them, clearly £31K was good enough for her but for others I am sure he would have had to offer more.

Frankly, in this case, we can't do much but agree with Mark. Should have been a lot more brave. Could have had the dream finish if she believed in her boxes. Once again, big (the biggest) money comes to the table and a player goes early. Such a shame. We should be celebrating now.

Yep, she was brave turning down the previous offer... which I did think she was going to take.

And a quick follow up to my uneranswered question, is 7 the box that has come to the table the most?

Yes, but everyone believed totally in their box they would go all the way to the end no matter what the state of the board is and that would just be totally reckless and foolish.

She definitely had the board to go on but as she said she could not risk it. You are the only one who is always so negative, I am sure Archie would understand this unlike you.

But with a five box like that, the offer should be way over £40,000 only because the top two were still in play.

Replace the £100k with a red below £20k or a blue and THEN £31k would've been a good offer.

The banker tries to buy the box for the least amount of money so it was high enough for her. Why on earth would he offer above £40K if he has bought her for £31K?
