Wow, says Pauline. She says she's never really won anything, but she felt like her luck might change for her game. The wingers offer some advice; Milli says the odds are on Pauline's side now. Pauline says she doesn't want to be greedy. The Banker points out that people are finding it hard to offer advice as it is 4 vs 4. Pauline says she feels like she wants to take a risk, but she is scared.

Pauline says:

NO DEAL

Pauline says she hopes she's done the right thing. Noel says he feels better when the player is more confident than Pauline is at the moment.

Noel calls a break...

I wish Noel would quit messing with the offers like that! :x

Interestingly, Pauline's board is weaker than Jodi's but she's just £1k below the offer Jodi had. It was a decent offer but I too would have risked one more round.

We're back...

Round 5

Noel says £19,000 was life-changing money for Pauline and her family.

Box 2 with Tash - £5,000

Box 13 with Liz - £50

This is a mega moment, says Noel.

Box 21 with Ricky - 50p :D

Banker time...

This offer should be over £40,000, which she probably will take... but with three of the power five still in play, with the two biggest still in play......

You are a fascinating woman, says Noel.

Banker's offer:

£31,000

£31,000.... RUBBISH offer.... the two biggest are still in play. I would have offered £40,000 plus.

£31k is actually almost low enough for me (and KP knows how I think) to no-deal to be honest and that's saying something.

Still she deserves some credit for being the first player this week to get past 8-box. :)

I'd certainly want more than £31k here but the Banker has good reason to believe Pauline will still take this given her anxiety at 8-box.

Not a rubbish offer at all, just that you are a rubbish at judging a good offer. The fact that she dealt just shows it was a good offer, why on earth would he offer more if he had already got her at £31k?

What a lot of money, says Pauline. Now it is serious, she says. She says she could take out all the big money, and end up with two blues. Pauline says she thinks she has big money in her box, but she doesn't know if she's brave enough to take the risk. Tony says Pauline has the top two and a box she wanted is on the table.

Pauline says:

DEAL

I've a feeling this game is going to end up with £100,000 and £250,000 at the end.

Before the proveout boxes are opened I would have no-dealt. £35k or more and I would have dealt.

Even though it's a 10% disaster chance, any blue/£35k finish ought to not be a big fall from here if the idea behind this low offer is to push the player on and "reward courage" with a big 2-box offer?

Well we'll certainly get a big 2-box offer now she's dealt. :P Banker once again correct to dismiss the player as unthreatening.

Round 6 - proveout round

Hopefully you made the right decision, says Noel.

Box 11 with John - £1

The perfect start, says Noel.

Box 17 with Mark - £250

I knew it, says Pauline! Now, you are one box away from the dream ending, says Noel!

Box 9 with Hayley - £35,000

Banker time with £100,000 and £250,000 remaining! :(
