Box 12 with Wayne contains the 1p

Elaine says that she is disappointed that she missed out on the big win, but has a nice sum of money to go home with, and she can do a lot with it.

Nope... it was BADLY played... ANOTHER player who blew the chances of getting the £250,000.

Could easily have been the 1p though, Mark.

It also could have easily been the £250,000... MASSIVE shame the Bankers Gamble wasn't offered... I doubt he will ever offer it again on that finish.

For those who say it was an enjoyable game... how can it be when she BLEW it BIG time of getting the £250,000.

Players these days just not really brave enough... unlike Rich... Grupal... Connie who had the guts to gamble BIG money...

A really enjoyable show indeed. Elaine was a good contestant who had a good attitude to the game. :) :-)

Because most people base their enjoyment of a game on how entertained they were by it, not how much they won, or how much they could have won. People like or dislike shows based on the personality of the contestant, hence why Tony (who got the vintage champagne) was so popular despite his game being a disaster. Other times you get in.credibly dull games despite being OPWs

Not when she could have had an EXTRA TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND more pounds.

Yes she was a good contestant...and had a good attitude... those TWO things I agree with you on.

I enjoyed today's game. The highlight was the Lady Gaga hat. :)
Congrats Elaine on 20k.

I wonder if DEAL-EYE would've won the £250,000 today.

Doubt it... but no prizes for guessing who would have done.

Moving on to another topic, I remember how astonished we were at Eugenia have eight reds in a row, but that's nothing compared to Li Ping's FOURTEEN reds in a row! That must be pretty close to the record, if not the record.

Would be ironic if she has a blue in her game after all these reds she's had.

Someone mad enough enough to risk losing £49,999.99 on a coin flip.... which probably wouldn't be you if you were sat in that chair and playing it for real.

Gotta be the record now... most I can think of is someone having about 11-13 reds... could anyone clarify please ?

Mark, how would you feel if one of the contestants in question who have undersold a large value box came on here and booted back off at you? You wouldn't like it would you?
