Noel says we've had a run of bad games but now we want a spanking.

Round 6

Elaine - 14 - £3,000

Noel says it would be sweet to have an all red round.

3 - Rhian - £35,000

19 - Valerie - £250

Banker Time with 10p and £50,000 left

Hopefully he's got the guts and brave enough to go for it.

But whatever happens, hopefully it's the right choice to make.

The Banker latches on to what Mike and Valerie were saying earlier.

Banker's offer:

BANKER'S GAMBLE

Mike says

No Deal

OH DEAR... OH DEAR... OH DEAR...

SHOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT MORE BRAVE

OH DEAR... OH DEAR... OH DEAR

SHOULD have accepted the Bankers Gamble...

Shame his wife wasn't there, she probably would have told him to go for it.

Noel says Mike has worked hard for all the money he has earned.

Noel reveals £50,000 in Mike's box 11. :( :( (OH DEAR, OH DEAR, OH DEAR!)

Box 18 with Oli has 10p

Mike says what the money will do for him and Jenny, and Noel says he has earned everyone's respect.

Another player who just didn't have the guts and wasn't brave enough to go for it.

I would've done the same as him. £14k was an excellent offer for the board and I'd have so dealt that. Also, I couldn't ever risk the Banker's Gamble with a potential 10p sitting there!

It's ok, it's what he has on his clipboard... he just copy and pastes it mindlessly like the robot he is.

I just type it as I go along... I have NOTHING on my clipboard!

And yes, I meant his girlfriend.

I know, but could have won £50,000... just another player who didn't have the guts like "Rich" did.

I know it's a BIG gamble, but you ONLY have ONE chance at it.

Rich had £50k and £250k. That is far different to 10p/£50k.

But we all know, FOR A FACT, that you wouldn't be saying this if he had 10p in his box. You only mention 'big gambles' and 'being here once' when the big money has been there.

You see?

Yes I can but the Banker gave him a massive lifeline for a chance to get a lot more... Yes it's 50 / 50 chance but he's probably not going to get a chance at winning anything like that again.

Thanks to mr_northern_guy for doing the commentary today! :smt023

Sensible decision, unlucky proveout, Banker's Gamble not really worth accepting (even with hindsight). Pleased that Mike got a good sum out of his game! :D

I hope, though, that the Banker's Gamble is not going to become a regular feature again. Once every now and again is quite enough.

5 box yes it was. but NOT at the Bankers Gamble.

It is very much worth accepting as far as I am concerned.

Good sum he would have got out of his game if he accepted the Bankers Gamble.

If the Banker didn't offer as high as £14,000... (around £9,000) then he may have gone on to win the £50,000.

Im hedging bets that Mark is a) quite young with no real understanding of monetary commitments, and b) single. I say this not in a nasty way, but he cant comprehend that losing £14k is not even worth a 50/50 gamble if £14k can do so much to you (and yes i know £50k can do more, but it was 50/50 he'd go with the blue) and secondly does anyone here who has a gf or wife actually reckon their gf/wife would say " yes darling, go for it, risk losing £14k on the flip of a coin!"

Nope? Me neither!!
