David's game today.

Noel talks about how the viewers only see one hour of the show, but the pilgrims get to see much more, and therefore, the outcome of a game reflects on them as well.

I'm tuning into a DOND game today, I haven't done that for a long time.

It has been ages since I have, so I have no expectations to see how David does, but let's see how this goes.

David has Box 1 today.

David Hodgson is an HGV driver from Newcastle. His wife and children are in the audience for support.

David is saving Boxes 8 and 18.

Here we go...

I wouldn't. I hope no one ever deals at the first / second offer... way too early to do so.

Round 1

David says the name 'Lynn' came up at work before he came here; Noel says that is spooky, as we had a player called Lynn, who was also a truck driver!

Box 17 with Jay - £100

Box 11 with Fiona - £5,000

David says the number 9 has been prominant lately.

Box 9 with Bobby - £50,000

Box 2 with Rhian - £5

Box 12 with Jacob - £1,000

Banker time...

Lots of spooky references indeed. Not the best start of rounds, but it's early days.

The Banker says he is thinking of charging Noel per minute to talk to him!

Banker's offer:

£6,500

I agree that it's too early to deal then, but I want to see reactions!

It's strange when you actually get offered it, says David.

David says:

NO DEAL

If it did, I'd think the reaction would be off the charts.

I can safely say right now, no it wasn't that first. Sorry to disappoint, but I didn't want to get people's hopes up if I had said the whole full detail of today's game.
