Phyl's game today.

The studio is decorated for Easter, and Noel says the boxes were decorated by children at Elm Park primary school. Noel says there are some Easter eggs in the studio which have been brought out of the archive, and they could win the player a holiday and the chance to go on one box at a time. The downside is they may cause the banker to look in the player's box.

Phyl has box 16.

Phyl is from Oxfordshire, and she says she always thought Noel was really short, but she now realises he's normal! Phyl is a retired bookkeeper and she shows a photo of her late husband. She has her granddaughter in the audience today.

Very good board so far, I just hope that the offer at eight-box doesn't come crashing down to drag Phyl onto the twist. The very fact they've gone with the standard "5-box ADP" twist rather than the usual Easter one, after a run of conservative play, does not strike me as remotely coincidental.
