Keith teases Noel by saying 'NO-one has ever offered me that much' before answering the question!

Noel calls a break...

No - I've seen considerably worse deals at 8 box than that

We've seen it time and time again. There are just some players who are hit for six when the big one goes, panic and feel their game can't possibly turn out well for them if they carry on.

Have the people in the wings gone mad?

You can do a silly dance and whoop like hell when it's proven to be a great deal, not when it looks likely that the player has gone too soon.

Keith is not funny. He is just annoying. That teasing "NO..." made me want to put my foot through the TV!

Kudos for the banker for reading Keith perfectly.

We're back...

Noel points out that Keith dealt after the Banker upped the offer.

Round 5 - proveout round

Box 2 with Martin - 10p

Perfect start, says Noel. Keith picks Craig, but then says he wouldn't have gone there in live play, so Noel makes him change his mind.

Box 8 with Lucy - £500

Box 3 with Donna - £20,000

Banker time...

Banker's offer would've been:

£14,000

Noel reveals £1,000 in Keith's Box 4.

Box 22 with Craig contains 50p.

Noel says he knows the money will do a lot for Keith.

I expected an over-inflated proveout offer but £14k is still crap. I'd have hoped for at least £20k.

You could argue with the offer patterns he was getting, he would have needed perfect rounds to get really big offers. You suspect £14k may have been the offer on a £75/peanuts finish today.

Speechless. In my opinion that was one of the most questionable decisions of the season, in either direction.

I, however thought he was very likeable, with a good sense of humour. I hope that money will do a lot for him. :smt023
