I know that was an all red round but £20k isn't a good offer for the board.

I'm going on here - that's how good the board/ungenerous the offer is.

His wife probably wants him to deal the way she is reacting... hopefully he won't.

James discusses things with his wife. Lynn reminds him he still has the Power 5 intact. Keith offers advice too.

The Banker calls back just as Noel asks the question, just to see if James's wife faints in shock!

James says:

NO DEAL

The pace of this game isn't exactly filling me with glee right now.

You get that horrible feeling that he may well deal the next offer, even if he has another great round... :? :? :? :? :eyes: :eyes: :eyes:

Round 4

James talks about the various medical problems he's had in the past.

Box 18 with Damien - £75,000

Box 6 with Lynn - £250,000 :(

Noel mentions the people who have taken the top three in a single round.

Box 17 with Lucy - £15,000

Banker time...

6 reds in a row after Noel mentioned it.

The Banker talks about how some players get too confident, and how ironic that Lynn had the 250k after she advised him to go on.

Banker's offer:

£10,000

With 3 reds there, the odds say he's likely to only take 1 out and even if it's the £100k, it shouldn't go down too much so I'd go on here.

James says that's good considering what just happened. Damien and Keith offer some more advice.

James says:

DEAL

With a big crash happened, and three of the power five still in play... I feel that's a BIG mistake.

No one's told Noel that we have a term for taking the least out of the game yet.

Cautious deal. Not a terrible one as it's likely he'd either need at least 1 very good round or take a big gamble at the end to get a lot more.

Noel says that James has gone at his lowest offer.

Noel calls a break...
