Alex says that money would allow them to change house. Noel reminds Alex that he'll get an immediate offer when he goes with Alma and the necklace. Zoe asks Alex how he'd feel if he went on and didn't use the necklace, and ruined the board. Noel says the necklace is a bit of insurance if things do go wrong, and Zoe argues with Noel! The banker rings and says Zoe is wonderful and he loves her.

Alex says he doesn't want to be greedy, but also thinks he's only here once. Damon says Alex only has to avoid the £100k for the offer to go up. Alex asks Noel what he thinks, and he says he wants the best result for him. The banker rings and says actually the offer will go down if Alex hits the £50k or the £100k, and it'll probably be a stick if he hits the £35k. Alex's mum says she'd probably deal.
