We're back
Last box before the Banker

Greg picks Casey next, but the Banker calls and says that Greg picked Mike before the break, and so has changed his mind again

5 - £5,000 Casey

Banker time

That was fine says Noel. He tells the Banker he was wrong again, and has clearly lost his touch.

Banker's offer:

£14,270

From the clock, I'd imagine we're going deep into the game but not to the end of it. Possibly some major deliberation of a late-game offer, and/or a twist.

You know what? I'd deal that.

Greg says he has a really good feeling about his box, and has had the £250,000 about 4 times while on the wings. Greg talks about wanting a bigger house. Greg talks about Rich's game yesterday where he reached a point where he felt he had the £250,000 in his box, and then couldn't look at Rich.

Greg says

NO DEAL

So he actually felt he had the £250k in his box, before he revealed it at the end??!?

He should have told Rich to swap, then... :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: ;) ;) ;)

That is exactly the one you wanted says Noel. The Banker says he can't believe it, and the bad luck goes on for him.

Banker's offer:

£22,470

Very good offer, but hopefully he has a Rich feeling inside him.

Noel says the Banker said he can't believe he is having to offer this amount on such a precarious board. Greg talks about how amazing the numbers 7,4, and 2 are cropping up for him lately. Greg's wife says that Greg said he would deal anything over £20,000, then wonders if she should have said that. The Banker calls and says that Gregg shouldn't go back on his word. Greg says he thinks there is still another round in his game, and he just feels so good about his box. The Banker calls again and says this is tricky for Greg as he has seen a lot of games where the gamble has paid off, but he wouldn't gamble £20,000 on that board and the luck has got to change at some point.

Greg says

DEAL

I'm looking forward to seeing the forum reaction through this proveout. :)

Once four minutes had passed since Mark's "Rich feeling" post, I knew that this game would indeed not reach the same levels of tension as yesterday's, and that Greg would either deal that £22,470 or go on and crash. :eyes: :eyes: ;)

He did the former - so I guess he doesn't have a Rich feeling inside him... :eyes: ;)

Oh no, have you walked away from true life-changing money asks Noel. The Banker says he is thrilled he is not paying out big money right now.

Banker's offer would've been:

£42,700

Unlucky to keep both. And with less than a doubling for doing so, I can't say it was likely to be worth it.

Two-box screams Banker's Gamble.
