For the past two days, I’ve been posting to the ‘old’ server which hardly anyone has been reading. For tonight at least, I am back on the ‘new’ forum and able to write a commentary that actually might be read by more than half a dozen people.

As far as I know DavidF1 is still struggling with getting access to this forum, plus Qwerty and Aaron Brock of the regular posters on here. Hopefully they will be back with us soon!

In the meantime, today is Theresa’s game. She has Box number 1.

Theresa says "fasten your seat-belts, it's going to be an exciting ride!"

Round One

Box 12 - £15,000

We can live with that one.

Box 5 - 10p :D

Box 7 - £1

Box 22 - £100,000 :(

Box 14 - 1p :D

Paul, the new guy reveals a penny! Applause all round. :D

Theresa almost forgets how many boxes she has opened!

Time for the first call.

£8,000

Considering she lost the £100K, that is a good offer.

Theresa claims to have studied at the University of Deal or No Deal. The banker says she deserves a PHD (Pretty Hot Deal)!

A quick NO DEAL from Theresa and we move on...

Round Two

Is theresa completely insane? It seems that way. The banker makes a call before the round begins and speaks with Theresa, who seems to be having trouble remembering the rules of the game and how many boxes she should open!

Noel reads a newspaper in the background.

Finally, Theresa picks Box 2 - £250,000 :( :(

Box 9 - 50p

By my reckoning, it is time for the first commercial break...

She's 70??? Dear me, what on earth do they do to these contestants to make them look so young? She's also a bit of a legend. :D

As we come back from the break, we have one box still to open in round two before the next phone call. As it stands (before the third box is opened), this is what is left:

£5
£10
£50
£100
£250
£500
£750

£1000
£3000
£5000
£10000
£20000
£35000
£50000
£75000

The lowest four have gone at least, but so have the highest two!

PatM introduces a voice-over for Sam's game. I remember PatM of course (who doesn't?). But I don't recall Sam at all. As we relive the game, we see that she no deals £33K at one point and then opened the £250K straight after :( She gets to the final two boxes and is offered £41K, with a straight choice between £15K and £75K. Sam dealt at £41K. I don't recall that game at all!!

Back to the game proper, and we open box 13, which has £50K in it :(

Time for the banker's call, but not before Noel has a quick word with Sam, who is sat in the audience.

I can't see why Sam's game is in the hall of fame!? Or Okiems. What the hell is that all about.

Oh no, the 100k and 250k gone already. If this were a balanced game, the bottom 4 going would be considered great, but as it is, the rest of the blues are similar in value anyhow. :(

I wonder why the end of Sam's game wasn't shown?

The banker offers £4,100

That old phrase comes out again - "It's not how you start, it's how you finish".

With £75K, £35K and £20K still on the board, surely this is an easy decision.

Theresa says NO DEAL :D

Box 19 - £100

Can't wait for Joseph's game!

Box (unsure) - £5,000

Box 8 - £250

Noel brings out his whistle. I gather that is so Theresa knows she has picked three boxes.

That was a pretty good round.

An improved offer of £8,000

Box 3 - £10,000

We can live with that one. Still three reds above that number.

Box 11 - £3,000

We can live with that one too.

I reckon it must be time for another break...
