So we start off with a nod to the Power5 conspiracy theory thanks to Mark. She had a decent P5 yesterday, so that means peanuts today - or does it?! Well the opening round certainly guarantees we will be playing on until the 5 box sideshow. Also suggests an early OBW on Christmas Eve Eve!
Fast forwarded to ironically the position that our current Einstein Mark reveals the £35k which surely gets the banker squirming with delight. 11box will be a joke offer and not worth any consideration. Ouch, £2000 considered in the cold light of day and no wonder she's looking as miserable as sin. Wings and pilgrims are trying to pump up her mood with the "rabble rousing" speech. Nice one Noel! Still 20 minutes of gameplay left. This is going to be a long slog to 2 box!
I was expecting a stick at 8 box given the state of the board and her mood. The £4k offer certainly got her puffing out her cheeks and a little mock amazement. No deal and on we go to the sideshow (well after 6 minutes of padding!) Noel jinxes the 6 box and we lose the £50k.
Again Im calling for the 50/50 gamble and again a Scrooge would be a good outcome! Damned again. Will we get at least one Scrooge over Xmas?!
Well I'd call that a brave no deal at 5 box. Well finally we get her jumping and shouting at the reveal of the penny. YES! And her dream finish too and she's slurping G&T out of the cup. So we end on a "win another £3k or lose £2k gamble". Worth a punt surely? Well it didn't pay off but she was very lucky to dodge the £20k in the last round - odds of that were.....?
So in conclusion she didn't win peanuts, but it was an OBW. An odd game that only picked up when she was guaranteed a teens amount at the f@g-end of the game.
