Max's game today.

Headmistress Noel settles down the rowdy pupils! Noel struggles with some of his words trying to do his headmistress impression! Noel shows us the catapult which gives the contestant a chance to win a holiday or play one box at a time.

Max has box 13 today.

Max is from Wolverhampton, and Noel says she has had a hard time recently, and Max explains how her sister died recently of ovarian cancer. She shows us a picture of herself with her late sister and has her brother-in-law in the audience for support today.

Here we go....

Another perfectly reasonable first offer designed to get the player chasing to 5-box when the offers don't get better until then ;)

I missed the beginning but it would seem that way. The offer seems unusually high though for 17 box with the loss of two of the smile money amounts. Still we know they are pushing them all on for the 5 box theme.

It's a better start than yesterday and the same offer, mind you.

The £50k-£100k block is very useful. If we keep it to eight-box we have the stability to make it difficult to keep the offer down. Far more likely, though, that we get a pretty perilous situation instead. We can expect a two-box game at eight-box, but without the exit opportunity you'd expect on one.

It is somewhat funny how duplicate offers and memories are shortlived on the show. With references often to no more than a couple of games previous unless we are in special circumstances with the board. I'd lay money on the 11box not edging over 10k with the obvious no deal as she's taking note of the 50k,75k and 100k.

Oh my lord says Max. The Banker described that at a killer all-blue round. Noel runs through some of Max's dreams. Max turns to her brother-in-law, and he tells her to go for it.

Max says

NO DEAL

The backup block was broken then says Noel. The Banker says that wasn't the best, but not the worst, and that is what makes this a gamble now. He talks about the gamble that comes along at the end for the following round.

Banker's offer:

£12,000

very good offer. 8 boxes and 23 minutes left of the show must mean a big finish though? :?
