I thought £11.5k was dealable on that board. But i'd have continued.

I think you pretty much have to take the £15k though. The average is currently £25k. The perfect round ups the average to £40k, so we'd expect a £20ishk offer. But chances are we'll cause some damage so the offer is likely to stay the same or fall. And of course if we have a disaster round the offer will plummet and we have to play to the end to hopefully get back the £15k we've turned down.
