This ought to be £35k minimum I reckon. Doubt it will be more than £40k though.

Oooh, that was quite a bump to 5-Box

The banker says he doesn't know what valuation to put on this box! He asks to speak to Jodie so he can be sure what offer to make. He speaks to her and Jodie says she's scared! She says he asked her how much the offer would go down, and she said "go down?!".

£41k is enough to deal now. Most 2 boxes other than the dream finish would probably be too risky to deal a decent offer.

Jodie says that would do everything and would secure their house, help her brother and have a great holiday. She asks her dad, who says it's excellent money.
