Emma is a housing officer from Huddersfield, and she speaks a bit about her job. Noel says Emma is rather accident prone, and she says she's more or less broken every bone in her body because she's clumsy! We get to see a pic of her son, dad, granddad and husband. Her husband James is in the audience today...
