Fran is from Middlesex and she has a DoND dolly that she made for Noel and it is holding box 13, she has named him Deal or No Deal Donald. Noel asks Fran about her involvement in bowling. Fran shows a pic of her wedding day, and her husband is in the audience for support today. We also see a pic of her grand-children.

Noel says that Fran didn't technically do a proper 1p kiss, and the Banker calls and confirms this and sends both Fran and Adam to jail! Fran and Adam have to do the 1p kiss again in jail. Fran now has to play her game from the jail

Nothing much to be said about this game so far, apart from that the scene is set: moderately generous at the first two offers then ultra-stingy at the next two, thus forcing the game to 5-box while also encouraging chase-the-money in a bad game later.

Which this game will turn into if the £250k goes. It's fragile but very promising at the same time here, as it has been ever since the three-mid-red opener, and this is a time when an eight-box offer would be very handy indeed. Shame we won't get one.
