We get to see a before and after pic of Andy! Andy Simpson is an offshore geo-technical engineer from Bath and he speaks a bit about what he does and how he got into it. We get to see some pics of his late brother and a pic of his whole family. Noel says Andy's a bit of a gambler and he agrees! He says he enjoys calculating the risks from a stats point of view.

Hyped-up intro, yesterday's twist talked up more than warranted... so far so nor... HANG ON, THERE'S A STATSMAN WHO HAS BEEN TOTALLY IGNORED?

The last statsman caused the producer to get so carried away he forgot about the concept of the ADP, and nearly resorted to outright overriding the player's true preference when he realised this. What now for Andy? Already, a twist offer, the first ever at 17-box if I am not mistaken.

The first seven boxes have gone tolerably. You'd expect to take three of one colour and four of the other, with one or two Power 5 amounts going; he's hit three blues, £1k and £35k amongst his seven, so that really is textbook average. He probably knows it.
