We're back

Last box before the Banker

Noel says next year Caine will be going all the way to Telford for the taekwondo world championships!

Noel has some banter with Frank about his wife.

10 - Ciara - £1

Banker time

OK, the pace has slowed down, long adbreak and a pause building up to nine-box. Still, we've got time left for a Wakeyist chase, or a game twist, but possibly not both. Either way, we're not going to see a Deal here, even though it will probably be well worth taking this.

Oh, just over twenty grand on the £70k Gaz eight-box configuration. No, that's not worth taking.

Now that's an interesting offer

Andy says Caine is in a prime position with the top 2 and £50k backup. Caine's mum asked him what he came with!

Shouldn't picked my lucky number, but still, that's a great 5-Box board

Now that's weird editing.

That's also one heck of a five-box - about as good a round as could reasonably have been expected. £30k here?

Banker's offer:

£33,000

A big increase following the loss of £100k, I would think about this carefully

Noel asks if Caine is tense in any way and he explains he's laid back but taking it seriously. He says he's not sure what to do and Andy says Caine is very close to being able to have a crack at the £250k.

Caine says NO DEAL

When I typed £30k I thought 'don't be stupid, he'll play about with Old Faithful here'. Then as soon as I hit submit I find he's actually gone 10% the other way, bang on what a £20k/£50k finish would throw up.

I'd Deal this. Only £250k with a red kicker would leave me with regret; £250k with a blue kicker, when Alice and the £250k have been mentioned several times...

Andy is going to have a lot to answer for if this one goes wrong... and will be mentioned by Noel an awful lot from now until his game if this goes right...

Round 6

21 - Frank - £100

3 - Andy - £20,000

The banker phones and speaks to Caine. He said to Caine that the £250k is in Sonia's box 2! Noel reminds us the banker is playing mind games as he doesn't know where the money is. Caine says he was going to leave Sonia to the end regardless.

14 - Monique - £50,000

Banker time with £5 and £250,000 remaining

The banker says all he has to go on is the fact that Caine's turned down significant money so far.

Banker's offer:

£72,000

Right, now is the time where we find out how much the production team are prepared to risk a calamitous ending for the chance of a £250k win.

Never mind Caine. His decision is going to depend on theirs.

They play safe. If Caine doesn't, I am going to find it very difficult to wish him luck.
