Eric's game today.

Noel is wearing a daffodil today for St David's day, as are all the contestants. He gives us a pinch and a punch for the start of the month. He talks about the bravery and courage of the contestants last week and how if worked both ways for them.

This should be an amusing game - let's hope it breaks the cycle of the end of last week.

Eric has box 10 today.

Eric is a retired insurance agent. Noel says we are lucky that Eric is here today really as he was always late for dates with his wife (Who is in the audience for support today) We get to see a picture of Eric in the army along with about 100 others from his troop and Noel asks him to name everyone  Eric then tries to point himself out on the picture, but points at the image on the gameboard so no-one knows who he is talking about  Noel gets Eric to go up to the game-board and point himself out :P Eric then has to stand at the game-board while Noel shows Eric's other pictures and Eric has to explain who is in all the pictures  Eric has a picture and poem from his granddaughter wishing him luck on the show. Eric then forgets Noel's name and calls him Neil

Here we go...

Well given the length of the intro today, it seems less likely Eric is going to no-deal to the end but you never know.

...and YET AGAIN the £250,000 goes, and YET AGAIN in the second box!

The Banker says it is one of those days today where he is very happy to be in a remote room and not in the studio today.

Banker's offer:

£2,222

Eric says the pilgrims won't understand that offer and explains that he lives on the B222, and Noel drew him a map of how to get to Eric's home in case he got lost!

Eric says

NO DEAL

Really is getting to be a habit of a big number revealed after a good compliment...

...and already the board looks like the last few games, £50,000 and £100,000 being the top two left...

Round 2

Eric just stands still and doesn't pick his next number and Noel asks him if he is going to pick a box, and Eric says he was waiting for the cameraman to get out of the way who was standing in front of him

12 - £10,000 Shahid

17 - £75,000 May

Noel gets Eric to do the break link, but again Eric just stands still for a while before Noel prompts him again
