The banker says Laura was very brave so is giving her a very good offer. Laura wants to go on but is worried about winning 1p. She asks for a sweep and it's an even split of deals and no deals...

Laura says NO DEAL

It's quite spooky how newbie Rio looks like Emjay who stood in the same position on the east wing about 18 months ago!

I just saw the end of the game, where did that courage come from?!

But FINALLY, the brave Gamble is rewarded, and yes we have found our Game on the month :D

Enjoy £35,000, Laura

Fantastic game Laura! Enjoy the £35,000! You deserved it!

I'd have probably taken £16,000 beforehand...

Well that was a fantastic game after all the bad luck and a game I was already looking forward to. I must admit I watched this at uni first with the sound off before seeing it on plus 1 so I was surprised she no dealt 16K. I wonder how much that duck beheading threat influenced her decision and if the banker would have actually carried it out?

That game was by far the best one I've seen this month. Well done to Laura for being so courageous. Not many would have no dealt at £26,000.

But her courage paid off and was well rewarded for it. :D

Though I personally think I would have dealt at £26,000.

Phil.

Where did that come from, asked Noel. He might well have been the answer; a young, sweetly naive player might not be the obviously risk-taking type, but goodness are they easy to manipulate. That said, I saw very little evidence of that in the edit, though rather more attempt to cajole future contestants...

The correct decisions for me though, however she made them, and it's been rather too long since a Power 5 win from six No Deals - who was the last to do one?

probably Claire in March? I think there's only been 3 power 5 wins from undeals since then but I could be wrong. 35K seems to be the peak of conventional box wins.
