Tha's a cracker!! A good ole spanking

Great game to round off the regular games for the season. Early on, he seemed to agonise quite a while over the first few offers and what the money would do for him, but he certainly grew in confidence and realised the opportunity available when the board got stronger. He did a good job of convincing the banker he might go to the end - for one worrying minute I thought he was going to no-deal £33k, which I think would've been a bad decision whatever happened as it was a really generous offer - like many, I thought the best he could've hoped for was a stick (25k).

Bizarre we got the same finish as Friday, and as Kerry's game a couple of weeks ago, and in all 3 games the £15k has been on the table (There's still 4 final pairs that we've never seen!)

What are those final pairs?

According to my records, we've never seen 10p/ £750, 10p/ £1,000, 50p/ £3,000 and £250/ £250,000 as the final 2. I'm sure Mister Al will tell you the probability of that occurrence...

A good win was needed, and £25,000 was brilliant for the board! I too would have risked another round, but never would have expected a bigger offer from taking out the main backup to the £250,000...definitely an OPW for everyone this time!

Cheers sounds interesting, though i suspect the emphasis will be on big win games which is a bit misleading and may even skewer audience expectations for season 5
