I can see in tomorrow's show the contestant dealing an offer less than £15,000 and having one of the Power 5 in their box.

Noel's new agenda seems to be forcing cohabiting couples to get married.

(Well, they would have more legal rights.)

I was in the audience for this games and I remember that in the sixth round, I feared that the £20,000 could be in any of the boxes.
Bad luck Leigh, I thought you were great.
In my opinion as long as the contestants don't have any regrets in any of their decisions then all those are justified whether a cautions deal or someone that goes for it, turns down some generous offers and it doesn't pay off.

Which would then signal that the "blue wins and squandered reds" cycle will be back again :(

Yeah it is all one big cycle when you think of it really.

Exactly. And while you and I would make very different decisions, as far as I'm concerned the only bad decision is one that the contestant thinks s/he shouldn't have made.

I'm sure you'd still say no-dealing an AMO is a bad decision, even if the contestant was Wakey himself...

2nd epic failiure in a row. What is wrong with the show? We want good games, not rubbish.
Next, please...

Christ, reading these threads is depressing. When are the fans of the show going to turn up?

I am also starting to get a bit fed up of the constant negativity from certain members. I used to enjoy coming in here and discussing the games, but now they seem to be taken over by members who spout nonsense about how the game was an Banana Sandwich and how they should have taken into account what they had in their box yesterday.

Not as depressing as seeing me in the gutter...HA! :-D

The fans have always been here, but I think it's because the old DOND fans have gone off the show, due to what's happened in the past 2 years... :?

Well said greeny! I hope someone goed on the show, start off with box 1 which has 1p, and have box 21 with £100,000 on their penultimate show, then end up getting 1p, to disprove everything. It is pretty irritating :|

Banana Sandwich can get a bit annoying, and rendering the game rubbish can sound actually quite rude to the contestant, who played the game. Mad Mark is a great guy with a right to his opinions, but it's a bit rude to call the game rubbish. Then again, it's not his fault, as he can't watch the game and warm to the contestant when he can't even see the contestant, so, Mad Mark's opinions are fair and valid to his basis of the game.

I think Mad Mark is generally referring to the gameplay aspect of the game and not the contestant. If you get bad luck like we've had in the last 2 games, it's not the most pleasant show to watch.

And that's how he watches it, I'm always in the 50/50 spot

I'm not keen on all the negativity either, but I've began to take what some members say with a pinch of salt, not every poster will be able to please everyone! The forum is infinitely better than it was this time last year, I'll say that.

As for this game, at least it was a reasonable gamble going wrong rather than Kulwinder being doomed the whole way.

What was particularly painful was after Leigh revelaing the last big number in Kulwinder's game, she could easily have been drawn to play on Thursday instead of Kulwinder, she'd been there a game longer after all, and she'd probably have won the £50k she had in her box as on the evidence of her game, she was a brave player. In most cases when people have a big number the day before they play then they probably would have sold it for a significant loss anyway!

That's the thing about random selection though. Unlucky Leigh. :(
