Paula's game today.

Yes, it's not a bad board. In some ways I don't mind the £250,000 being taken out, it takes away the lure of thinking "but the 250k might be in my box". You'll also get better offers as a % of the mean with the 250k gone, making it easier to justify a deal should you get an offer in the £15k-£20k range.

Paula answers the phone and talks in a sexual voice to the banker The banker's upset that she answered and Noel didn't, and he hangs up...

He phones again and Noel pretends to be Paula He says he didn't know how to answer it and wonders if he should say "Hello, Peacock's Bush" He talks about Woody's tea cosy on his head

And FWIW that 1st offer was very dealable. £10,000 when the average is £18,000 without the big money to aim at is very generous indeed. I wouldn't take it myself, hoping to take some blues out and get a better offer given the generosity of the offers we've had recently.
