Mavis says standing on the wings she'd advise a No Deal...Anna asks her if £26,000 would be very important to her, as if the £250,000 goes she won't get as much...

Stephen says it's just one higher, and Mavis does mention that she is aware it is just numbers on a board at the moment...

He's still offering less than half of the mean. It's a no deal for me, if we keep the 250k we get a much bigger offer. Even if it goes, we have some decent backups. I'm wanting ~£40,000 to walk here.

£26k would be my get-out here. Again, it comes down to how happy you'd be with a low-mid red win. For me, not enough to chase the £250k, although it's in the range swingable by a big two-box guarantee.

And it is indeed the shock Deal for an OPW! Can't argue with that.
