The board has gone from strong and unstable to weak and stable to moderately strong and unstable.

If he sticks, I'm gone. He sticks. I'm gone.

Noel tells Russ to think about this offer as the game hasn't been fortunate at the moment... Wayne tells Russ it might be time to warm up his vocal chords :P Russ decides to give us a rendition of Tinky Winky Winky Winky Woo  He gets a big round of applause :D

The Banker calls back and Noel welcomes him to the Z-Factor  The Banker says he had to turn over to the Midsomer Murders!!!

The song earns Russ a new offer...

Banker's offer:

£10,000

Noel tells Russ he probably has the most valuable Tinky Winky in the room

Russ gets lots of advice from the wings and most are encouraging him to deal, George throws in a different opinion to balance things a little...

Russ says

DEAL

£10,000? Never mind not complaining at a Deal, I'd complain at a No Deal here of over 60% of the mean on a board with double-digit volatility.

(Dan: by 'volatility' here read the ratio of top box to sum of other boxes.)

We promptly get a Deal, and I really want this to be the OPW because complaining at a 'lack of courage' after taking that generous an offer would be an incitement to Melissa-esque madness every single game. It worked once...
