Erm, why should he know better? That was a very very generous offer for the board, and I too would have dealt there.

I'd have dealt that too, although slightly reluctantly with two blocks above it...

Didnt expect that...kind of got lost with all the waffling I must admit but I think I might have had one more round. But...it was Daniels game not mine and I am pleased he is now 16k richer for it.....

I really admire these contestants who can afford to take the time off work to take part. As a sole trader (no that doesnt mean I sell fish) I cant get even one day away let alone enough time to stand around waiting for 28 shows.

Always too early to go at third deal even with a board like that.

He could have easy done a all blue round.

I can smell a bankers gamble at some time. Maybe not 2 box though!

The Aussie twist that begat our Banker's Gamble comes only at the final two. That said, what better time to do a twist on a twist than with a statsman who's dealt at 11-box?!?

A very high offer there but still a shock that he dealt. Still, he seems to be happy with it so good on him.

It's never too early to deal, especially with an offer like that on that board. In fact, I would also have considered the first offer.

I think all the bankers offers in this game were more than generous. There have been other contestants sitting with as good a board and they were offered maybe 10k or less and forced to continue playing because it was such a lousy offer. Daniel I feel may be getting some preferential treatment.

Considering that Endemol pay the host and several 'audience researchers' to induce that sort of pressure on the contestants, his decision had to be the right one for him. (In short, what angebabe said.)

You can play for the 3/11 chance of winning more than that from your box if you wish. Some of us here understand the value of money and understand the game's title has four words in it.

Let's see if he really is a genius of the show!

We're back...with the first of the proveout rounds...Noel hypes up how Dan could really get away with this...and how remarkable it could be...

Next round...

Box 3 - Aby - £1,000

Not what we wanted, Noel declares...

Box 8 - "Lego-Head" aka Rich - £75,000 :D

Dan wants a perfect game, so wants the £100,000...

Box 16 - Claire - £10

Banker time...

Well...

£1
£5

£50
£100
£250

£20,000
£35,000

£100,000

OK...

Banker's offer would've been:

£14,500

£10,500 would have been the Banker's offer again...which is a NO DEAL amid declaring he's going all the way! :P

Aaron had a similar round after his Deal and didn't let the Banker do a proveout lie... Endemol must at least maintain the illusion of sense in the proveout and cannot lie to someone who will call them on it!
